I've seen these errors occasionally (particularly the NSInternalInconsistencyException one) going back many years.  There's nothing we can do about them until we get more information -- particularly until we can reproduce them.

They don't appear to be harmful, and may very well be an Apple bug.

For a while (thanks to the misguided patch for bug 163260) they were fatal, and caused a lot of (non-reproducible) crashes.  I was able to work around this in my patch for bug 470864.
