Our Mozmill l10n tests have been shown that there are some access keys which are used multiple times in the same scope. The full list of those keys you can find here:

The last l10n update for Firefox on mozilla-aurora happened on Oct 31st 2012:

I see a couple of failures for the hu locales which are at least existent since Sep last year:
