2001.04.25.09 comm build on winNT
If you go to preferences, and click the privacy/security item in the tree the
page that shows up has a layout problem. Reset settings button is clipped
by the reset settings field and cannot be pressed! However if you cover the
window and force repaint you can see the button again.
