The interfaces removed in this patch (nsIContentViewerEdit.idl, nsIContentViewerFile.idl and nsIMarkupDocumentViewer.idl) have all been removed in other bugs since.
Anything else to do here, Olli?

I guess that is all. nsIWebBrowserPrint has still some other use.
