Would be nice to have a little 'Close All' button on the right side of the bar where the '+' button is in. To easily close all open tabs. I had 20 tabs open and it takes some effort to get rid of them.

Or maybe a long press on a tab for more options like 'Close All' and 'Close all other tabs'?

Galaxy Nexus / ICS 4.0.4 / Firefox 14

This would go nicely in the currently disabled 'three dots menu' when the tab-tray is open.

Would closing all tabs leave one open at about:home?

Perhaps have it as "Close All Other Tabs". You could also add a "Home" option in the menu.
