steps to reproduce
 Get the Firefox build with incontent preference enabled
 Click options and go to 'general' and clear history 
 clicking on the 'back button doesn't take us back to the main page.

 happens in addon manager too and pretty much other incontent stuff.
There's Bug 753673 already filed for the new In-Content Prefs.
Thus moving this Toolkit/AOM.
