Your forgot to include the used flash version. There are several issues known caused the Adobe Flash update. Please see http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1018071?tstart=0 marking invalid since we can't fix bugs in the plugin itself

Its (Flash) 11.3.300.262 Details: I read some were this a known issue in 32 bit firfox, so I installed 64 bit Nightly but this too is having same issue. I read Opera and firefox uses the same version of flash. But this problem is not in Opera and internet explorer. Nightly : 16a1 (2012-06-30) Extensions loaded are : Adblock plus 2.1, auto refresh 1.0.2, Loading bar 0.30, slide tabs1.0 Anything more you require? The protected mode feature of flash is only enabled if you use Firefox and the first flash version with this feature got released at the same time as FF13 (11.3.300.252 ?) Opera is using the same plugin but the flash plugin doesn't enable the protected mode feature with Opera. IE doesn't count because they are using a different plugin (ActiveX). This protected mode is causing various issues. I disabled the protected mode in flash on my system due to a 100% crash while switching to fullscreen. Disabling the protected mode in Flash and also trying an older flash version (just for a test due to security issues with older versions) is a minimum test to be sure that this isn't caused by the new flash version.

Yes thanks a lot Matthias Versen, it seems protected mode was indeed the problem. I disabled it now..so far so good. Thanks once again
