User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:12.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/12.0 Build ID: 20120420145725 Steps to reproduce: Moved the mouse to the reload button, clicked, didn't move the mouse and as soon as the page was loaded, the reload icon appeared again Actual results: The icon didn't light up while keeping the mouse on the same position. When I moved the mouse a bit, it lit up again. Expected results: It should have lit up instantly.

This issue is not applicable for Mac OS X and Linux. Reporter, do you still see this issue?
