In (at least) a Mac build with bug 539356 in it, making the window inactive repaints the titlebar in the lighter inactive window color, but leaves the area behind the tabs painted in the darker active window color.

May be the same as bug 770058, dunno how what the two widget toolkits do compares.
I think this is the same bug, yeah. A fix is being worked on atm.
