770198 - SUMO Thread Response Editor shows CR insert tool for all tools

Starting with Today's nightly, the SUMO Inline response editor will always show the Canned Response insert tool, no matter which button is clicked (Bold, Italic, Insert Link, etc.). It seems this is related to Bug 539356.

STR:
Log into SUMO. 
Go to a thread you want to respond to
In the Response Field, Click any of the tool buttons
Wrong dialog box opens.

Works fine in 13.0.1 and Aurora

I confirm. It displays the canned response dialog box whatever the button.

With today's nightly, it doesn't seem to be happening anymore. Not sure if this was from today or yesterday.

Bug 539356 has been backed out because of many regressions.

I can't reproduce in 18.0a1/20120929 after the re-landing of DLBI.
Tyler, is it OK for you?
