There is no tone when you make a call. Should block basecamp (i can't set the flag).
I am building right now after a long weekend, so I can't confirm at the moment. But since you're in France: we've had this problem before with Orange France. See bug 729451. Can you test with a different SIM card?

I'm using Orange but I can reproduce with different operators (SFR for example). Inthe worst case we can play some sound in the FE side if we know that the operator is not going to play anything but I'm unsure about where to find this information.
I tried to reproduce this bug with an Orange SIM card, but it worked for me. Is the bug report still valid?

[Blocking Requested - why for this release]: In bug 1110877, many contributors complained about the lack of tones. Every user (and dogfooders) with Orange SIM cards dialing another Orange phone number will hit this issue. Now that we shipped a phone with this carrier, I think we need to review the priority of this bug.
