I'm using junkbuster as a proxy. At some point near the beginning of this month
(new PSM?) my proxy connection for SSL through junkbuster ends up just giving me
a page with "<html><body></body></html>
" on it. If I disable the proxy for SSL connections everything works fine.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.turn on junkbuster proxy (or other proxy server?)
2.open Preferences->Advanced->Proxies on mozilla
3.select manual proxy config and set ssl proxy to the server on port 8000
4.hit an ssl web page

Actual Results: All I get is

<html><body></body></html>

Expected Results: The real SSL login page
dup of bug 75865
Thanks Olaf!
