Steps:

1. On a clean windows XP machine, install a web app on marketplace
2. Reload the app page

Expected:

The button on marketplace for install should be listed as "installed" - which implies getInstalled() states that the app exists natively

Actual:

The button on marketplace for install is listed as "install" - which implies getInstalled() that the app does not exist natively
