Scrollable lists such as the Component list on the bugzilla bug entry page don't respond to the scrollbar and the scroll arrows.

Tried on WIN32. It scrolls with both native and gfx rendered listboxes. Must be Mac specific. Don I am re-labelling as [PP] and reassigning to you.
