We need this to setup AWS puppet masters with mod_passenger easily.

We need at least this directory:
rsync://passenger.stealthymonkeys.com/rpms/rhel/6.2/x86_64/
which is less then 200M ATM

Suggested destination: /data/repos/yum/mirrors/passenger/rhel/6.2/x86_64/
You can do this yourself (just create the directory), or I can take care of it for you.
The is was using puppetagain.pub.b.m.o as a syngle source of truth for all RPM repos we use. It sill simplify syncing /data directory from puppet masters.

Do you mean that I can this myself on puppetagain.pub.b.m.o? If yes, is there any policy and scripts for having creating dated snapshots and link them to latest (like we have fo other repos).

No, we don't have scripts for that sort of thing.  I initially set that up, but it turned out to be more trouble than just running rsync by hand.
