770879 - spread thunderbird release branches across multiple masters

As things currently stand now, all Thunderbird releases happen on buildbot-master34. We should be able to spread these across 30, 32, and 34 similar to what we do for Firefox/Fennec in scl1.

This is safe to go in any reconfig before the next releases start. Probably will end up in production tomorrow.

Some configuration wasn't done to support thunderbird releases, at least on bm30-build1. At the least (release not yet completed):
 - missing symlinks for TB L10N files from master to checkout
 - build1/Makefile not up to date for location of hg

I added the symlinks I believe needed on bm30-build1, but those should be:
 a) double checked, and
 b) verified on other masters

This part is my bad, whoops. I just fixed up bm34, too.

This is bug 754291, which fixed it for new masters but not for existing ones apparently.
