Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.7; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0.1
Build ID: 20120614114901
Steps to reproduce:
1. configured Firefox's preferences to always ask me where to save files
2. click any link to download a file with extension ".tar.bz"
(have done this many times with different downloads)
Actual results:
Firefox downloads the file immediately to my downloads folder. This happens regularly (no exceptions).
Expected results:
Firefox should present a dialogue box where I can change the name and download location.

"Always ask me where to save files" works as expected on downloading other file types.
Go to Options > Applications and make sure the action for "Bzip archive" is set to "Always ask".
