We need talos tests that measure firstPaint times when starting up with lightweight themes applied. We're currently fixing a lightweight theme related slowdown in bug 650968 but we don't have any measurements to tell us about the kind of impact the fixes will have. Also, without a talos test chances are high that we accidentally regress these efforts in the future.

We can do track this via telemetry too(we've been submitting the selected persona for a while now). Having a talos test will ensure that we do not regress this in the future.

Mark, can you see if someone on your team can implement this? This should be very similar to ts_paint. This is important for improving a widely used persona themes feature.
