Relengers need to do things on winadmin such as installing Java.

ISTM the best answer is to make everyone a local admin on that host, but perhaps the better answer is a distinct administrative user, or even an authoritarian "all admin tasks must be done by IT" which will be difficult with limited windows experience.

Interesting - I seem to have local admin privileges, and I'm a local user.  It looks like I have the same group membership as everyone else on the server.

Coop, can you describe how to install Java, and I'll try it out?

I just went to: https://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp and followed the instructions to download and install, and then eventually got hit with the prompt for the Administrator password.

Matt, we should have these passwords in the password file!!

Once I get my gpg working again I will get them in the password file. I have made all users local admins on this box for the time being though. Sorry for the delay.
