When the download panel pops up having completed a download, if I close it via Escape then the focus does not return to the web content where it was previously (ie. I cannot scroll the page with the keyboard). Nightly, OS X 10.6

Hmm, I tried this when opening the panel manually from the keyboard and closing it via the keyboard, and can't reproduce. Strange.

I can't seem to reproduce this on my Nightly on OSX. Josh - are you able to reproduce this reliably using your first case (first completed download)? Note: now that bug 766263 landed, you won't be getting the panel popping up automatically for the first completed download per session. It's just going to pop-up automatically the first time a download completes with the panel enabled, and never again. You can reset the state by flipping browser.download.panel.shown back to false.

Just spoke to Josh about this - I haven't been able to reproduce this at all, and especially now that the panel doesn't show up for the first download per session, I don't think this is a blocker anymore.
