As part of the prize package in the Favorite Add-ons contest, we are celebrating the winners in the homepage promo spot.

Voting will last until July 19, and winners will be announced Aug 1. The promo should go up within a week after winners are announced.

In keeping with the scheme, the promo should take up only one spot in the carousel. The winner's name, photo, add-on name, and pull-quote will cycle within the promo spot. Three nav dots on the bottom will let people scroll through the winners manually. 

Clicking on the pull-quote or photo will take you to the full review.

Some changes from the PSD:
- The banner with "ADDON NAME" will actually have the name of the winner.
- The name of the add-on should precede the pull-quote, i.e. Firebug: "Quote here"
- The text "Your name here" underneath the photo should be removed.

I will provide actual content once winners are determined.
