Firefox-13.0.2-* products have been deleted, which works in bouncer but is fairly slow. Probably a missing index or summink.

This mostly trims out releases which are old enough that ftp.m.o can deal with the residual requests. It also reverts the change in 765312 (check the uptake on the 12.0 update products!), and keeps the two files in sync.

All of the beta's have had Check Now flipped. Release still waiting on the mirrors to notice the deletion:
* Firefox 8.0.1, 9.0.1, 10.0, and 10.1's update/win32
* Firefox 13.0 except update/win32
* SeaMonkey 2.10
* Thunderbird 11.0.1 update/win32, all of 13.0

We're down to 105 products with Check Now set to True, module sizes of
                   mozilla-prereleases: 215GB
                      mozilla-releases: 75GB
                       mozilla-current: 29GB
and https://nagios.mozilla.org/sentry/ looks a lot less stripy.

The rest of these are cleaned up. We're due another cleanup on the beta releases, but lets let that ride a few days to get into August.
