771777 - Saving As Template from News silently fails

Steps to Reproduce:
1/ Add a news account and subscribe to a newsgroup
2/ Select a message in the newsgroup
3/ Attempt to save a message as a template

Expected Result
Either
A/ Message is saved as a template in the relevant Templates folder (usually in Local Folders)
or
B/ Save As Template option is not available

Actual Result
1/ Message is not saved
2/ No relevant messages in the error console

Depending on what the expected result should be this will either be a fairly simple UI fix (Save As Template option not available) or probably tinkering around in the backend news code so this bug would need moving to the relevant MailNews core component.
