To clarify, we chose to have it wait for publishing after approval.  We only published it yesterday so that's the date it should show.

I'm going to close this bug.  We no longer have the approved but waiting status which is what I think this bug is talking about.  Additionally, see https://docs.google.com/document/d/1z5hIHGRCGD2fqOVpX-SML6NzURqKygoaD8FQ3B-ehPg/edit for talk of allowing developers to manually push their apps live after they've been approved (similarly to inactive add-ons).
