Similar to bug 733631 for desktop, we need to figure out a way to test chromeless web apps in continuous integration. Along with defining the way to unit test it, we need to implement a bare bones implementation for the proposed approach to lay the foundation for how unit tests should be written for this feature and future versions of it.
