We want to re-enable our mozmill remote tests for discovery pane, since they bring valuable data for us.
We will add a separate patch for each test in this bug.

Re-enables tests/remote/restartTests/testDiscoveryPane_installPickOfMonthAddon
Some code updates also:
* minor style guide refactoring
* use the new assertions module instead of controller.assert()

This is invalid since we have bug 732353 for disabling those tests and the proper workflow is to enable them in the same bug which was responsible for disabling
