using my 4-23 winnt debug build, I'm unable to attach .jpegs to bugs. it spins, and eventually it times out. works fine from IE.

WFM on 2001050404 Win2k trunk.
Still not working for me on WinNT with a 5/12 build. It is insane that this work-stopping bug is assigned to Asa. Since checking into the tree is gated by reviews of bug-attached patches that means everyone is forced to use Communicator or IE to do their daily work. Sprinkling magic keyword dust, re-assigning to Vishy to drive this.
