77250 - Window titlebar text entry not cleared/reset by new image lib

When you look at an HTML document with a title tag, the title bar text is set to
match it.  When you then go look at an image, the title text is no longer
cleared and replaced with $IMG_TYPE image ($x x $y) as in NS4 and earlier
Mozilla builds.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Load an HTML page ( such as http://google.com )
2) Clear the location bar, and browse to an image ( such as
http://images.themes.org/shots/987899947.jpg )

Note: as a related problem, the throbber never stops throbbing even though the
image is loaded.  This is frustrating.

Behaviour exits on build 2001042013
