steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/lookup/
2. For App Lookup click on the drop-down to pick an option

expected behavior:
User can look at the options in the drop-down select one of them

observed behavior:
The drop-down flickers and closes and doesn't allow for any selection.
