77260 - lock icon in browser does nothing

couldn't find an existing bug for this after several queries --but pls do dup as
needed.

according to junruh's 2001-04-17 12:56 comment in bug 75806, clicking the lock
icon should launch the Page Info dialog which would display security info.

howeever, nothing is launched when i click the lock icon --tested on both
insecure and secure sites, 2001.04.23.08 mozilla bits on mac and linux.

junruh, is the lock icons only function now to indicate secure or unsecure 
sites?

Clicking on the lock icon should open up Page Info. We're blocked on a super 
review.  It should have been in already.  I'm hoping that it will be in 
by Thursday at the latest.

yep, i see this in today's linux and mac comm bits --should this be resolved as
fixed now?

Marking fixed. Works on WinNT with the 5/3 Netscape 6 build.
