User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:16.0) Gecko/16.0 Firefox/16.0
Build ID: 20120709171309

Steps to reproduce:

Clicked on the Firefox Search Box dropdown.
Clicked "Manage Search Engines..."
Clicked and dragged a search engine in the middle of the list to the bottom white space below the last entry.

Actual results:

The Search Engine did not change its position / get reordered to be the last item.

Expected results:

The search engine should have gone to the bottom of the list (the only way to do this currently is to align it a few pixels off from the last entry).

If the user is dragging the search engine to the bottom white area, I think it can be assumed they want the search engine at the bottom of the list.

You can see this (intended?) Behavior testing against Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.20) Gecko/20081217 Firefox/2.0.0.20 ID:2008121709.

Back then there was an Insert Line when Dragging the Search Provider Entry around.

The 'Manage Search Engines' dialog no longer exists. I tried to reproduce this in the current search preference pane, but couldn't.
