A user commented that the site search results should not include user pages and sub-pages, as they clutter the results and rarely contain useful information. There are probably other pages that fit into this category. For example, I almost never click demos when they appear in the search results.

I think some discussion is necessary here. I for one believe that we could continue to list these pages in the search results as long as we separate them out from documentation (which is what, I would assume, people search for most often).

I really like YouTube's approach to this: Search brings up relevant videos by default (most people are searching for videos, after all). If you are looking for some other type of content, you can use the links on the left to bring up results for that type of content instead.

Same thing with revisions. Revisions currently appear in the search results (see https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/search?q=tree+selection), but I doubt most users find this useful. I think "Revisions" would be another good thing to add to a filter, YouTube-style.
