Fernando, thanks for the config.
1. Is this necessary to make the IMAP server work?
<enable visiturl="http://bmail.uol.com.br/configuration/imap_access_config">
Otherwise only POP3 works?
2. smtps.bol.com.br, Port 465, normal SSL also works. We like to record this as well, if it works. Please add this as second SMTP configuration, or the first, your judgement call. The second config won't be used, but at least we have the record that it works.

Ben,
Consulting BOL help, it looks like IMAP comes enabled by default, so I guess visiturl is not required?
I tested port 465 with SSL, but I couldn't connect to it. Port 587 with STARTTLS works successfully.

Yes, then remove the visiturl

Both worked for me, but with long delay of ~20 seconds from TCP connect to first response.
But if 465 doesn't work for you, let's not add it, but keep it as-is.

Fernando, sorry for the delay.
1. Please keep the documentation URL you had in the earlier revision.
2. You said SMTPS port 485 doesn't work for you. Can you confirm? If it doesn't work for you, remove it. If it works for you, keep it as-is.
3. If IMAP works for everybody without special step, put IMAP as first config, so that it's used by default.
4. Replace tab character with 2 spaces.

Review:
* Config file is perfect. Thanks, Fernando!
* Tested hosts and ports, and they work, and the SSL certs match the hostnames
* SMTP server (both SSL and STARTTLS) takes up to 10 seconds (after TCP connect) to respond
* IMAP doesn't react to my "1 capability", but that may be due to linebreaks
