Likely the same problem being addressed in bug 772711 - these apps use a DelegateExecute handler rather than a standard app or dll handler. These don't get picked up in nsMIMEInfoWin's GetPossibleLocalHandlers.

Do you mean as an item in the drop down? Or in the Select Helper Application popup? I noticed after the patch in Bug 772711 was applied it shows up in the drop down at least.
