There is a need for quarterly (+-) reps-wide reviews and evaluations. These should most likely be a weekend (first or last of period makes sense) that mentors and reps take the time to review recent changes in the program as well as things that are used all the time but have not been looked at for a while. Mentors should also use this period to evaluate their mentees and recommend any that are ready to progress to do so, and help those that need it more. * Create a proposal timeframe for X period * Create structure of a weekend that will cover all or most of the needed items of interest that relate to this problem * * Note weekend is just a weekend that items in the SOP should be complete not a meetup * Write a proposal SOP that contains all the information of the above * Run this proposal by the council/mentors * Communicate new SOP to reps * Set a date for initiation of the SOP

We discussed this today. It seems this bug has 2 parts. We should probably split it into 2 bugs. 1. A way to give Reps the latest news about what is happening in the program. 2. Whats for mentors to give their mentees feedback, and vice versa. It might be feasible for these to be taken care of somehow on the portal, but we need to have more discussion to spec things out. I've added it to the list of topics for the upcoming meetup.
Brian - Those are very data centric and I think miss the bigger picture. The bigger picture is to make sure that Reps and mentors maintain a relationship with each other, not just through the portal. The idea is that this would help add the value to the Reps program that is currently being added to other teams through quarterly meetings. This would be our quarterly meeting but it would happen remotely. We still want to preserve the feeling that this is a program-wide collaboration. Things to be reviewed: Mentor performance Reps performance Program performance Basically the same ideas as team weeks.

Back in the leadership meeting we decided to close all planning bugs and track things through the trello board. Actually there is a card there about this specific task.
Yes, but that doesn't mean they're fixed. I would resolve INCOMPLETE and not WONTFIX to distinguish between ideas we never got to and ideas we decided against.
