I know the team is working hard on Kumascript, but https://developer-stage9.mozilla.org/en-US/ is down right now:
[16:25:37.380] GET https://developer-stage9.mozilla.org/en-US/ [HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error 2827ms]

This is completed. Les, does anything need restarted to pick this up? Apache, I would guess, but I don't know how -stage9 uses libtidy...

I think this is basically a dupe of bug 772082
The odd thing is that mindtouch uses libtidy, so it should have already been there. Django will probably try to load it, though the code that uses it will be unreachable / disabled.
Not sure what needs restarting

Restarted Apache, that's probably sufficient... at least for Django. Let me know if anything is still not working.
