Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0.1
Build ID: 20120614114901

Steps to reproduce:

there are two features in firefox that overlap:
feature 1 is the ability to scroll by clicking on the mouse wheel and moving the cursor around the symbol that appears. feature 2 is the ability to close tabs by clicking on them with the wheel.

Actual results:

when i use the first feature by HOLDING the wheel (so that it goes back to normal when i release), quite often when i release it, the tab the cursor is on closes.

to elaborate: i mostly use this feature to scroll down in the rather lengthy textfiles on gamefaqs. when i scroll back up, i usually move the cursor all the way to the end of the screen to increase the scrolling speed. when i then release it, quite often the tab the cursor is on closes. it doesnt always happen and to reproduce it i usually have to switch tabs and wait a little

Expected results:

obviously not that. the scrolling should stop but the tabs aren't supposed to close.

ps: considering the nature of trash-mail.com, pretty much anyone could impersonate me, so i ask you to compare ip addresses in case of abusive behavior from this account

thank you for your time
