:jbonacci, I'm spinning this off in a separate bug to make it easier to find later.

I have done some tweaks to the server-full2 build process, and it now builds and passes `make test` on r6-build.  Can you please try again on your VMs?

It is still installing pylibmc as an implicit dependency, that's my next job to track down and remove.

Ah, turns out this is actually a dependency of the tokenserver.  I have added some notes on the request system-level dependencies, and am marking this fixed pending :jbonacci's verification.

Missing libzmq.  This is a dependency for powerhose, which is in turn a dependency of the tokenserver.

For now I will just document this as an additional dependency.  Longer-term, we don't expect third-party installs to be using powerhose so it would be nice to somehow make this an optional dependency.

The workaround is definitely to install libzmq before doing this install.
This works for rhel/centos/Fedora...
