773337 - Focus of empty "Filter script" field is invisible (the caret/cursor is black)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open debugger
2. Click the "Filter scripts" field.
3. Look at the field to see if it is focused.

Actual results:
The field is focused, there is a caret, but the caret is black, so it is almost invisible or looks like a separator.  The caret is white when there is any non-hint text in the field.

Expected results:
Focus state of the field is clear, e.g. the caret is white.

Thanks for the report!

1. Could be a platform bug. The field text color is white, the caret should be white. More investigation is needed.
2. We could make field focus more obvious, like a nice border/glow for the field. This would help with the case when there's no text in the field.

Bug 779732 has helped tremendously here. Now focusing the field displays a large tooltip.
