User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0.1 Build ID: 20120614114901 Steps to reproduce: i installed a new extension( there was a tab if i give the permission to install) then i had to restart firefox. i use the option that firefox restores the last session, so the tab with plugin permission was still there but not active(had 2 tabs: 1st google 2nd the plugin permission tab) then i killed the google tab by pressing the mouse wheel. the plugin permission tab was a tab which closes automatically if you have already given the permission. Actual results: the browser closed after closing google tab because the plugin permission tab was such one which closes automatically when clicking because the permissions have already been given. after opening it restored the last session(the tab which closes automatical). result: permanent browser killing. Expected results: instead of restoring the last session which means in that case the plugin tab which will close anyway, restoring your homepage or about:blank or mozilla startpage. additional: i haven't had a safe mode shortcut for firefox so i had to find a trick for rescuring firefox. i created new tabs with STRG+T before the autoclose tab closed. a safe mode link in mozilla dir or a mozilla rescue tool in mozilla dir would be nice where you can launch firefox in different modes, watch plugins, change settings.
