In case I accidentally get hit by a truck or something tomorrow, here is a patch of my WIP here. This relies on my clang plugin work to grab LLVMCONFIG properly.

This appears to work on Linux-64 bit fairly easily, but it appears that OS X hates me and keeps crashing when I push this to try.
