Could we add in statsd settings for solitude so it can ping graphite please.

Should be just a matter of copying them over from marketplace -dev and setting the STATSD_PREFIX to 'solitude-dev' or something suitable.
Added to dev:

STATSD_HOST = 'statsd-amo'
STATSD_PORT = 8125
STATSD_PREFIX = 'payments-dev'
GRAPHITE_HOST = STATSD_HOST
GRAPHITE_PREFIX = STATSD_PREFIX
