So does this mean that you're building natively on neutrino now?  IIRC, Jerry
Kirk added the original nto section and he was cross-compiling from qnx to nto
(hence the use of qcc -Vgcc_ntox86 ).

this patch applies w/ minor fuzzing, but i still have the same build error as i wrote in bug 77188.  I'm guessing that I can dupe that bug against this one.  Does anyone object to me committing this?
