STR:
- fresh profile
- offline cache a page
- change its manifest to not be valid (e.g. remove or change CACHE MANIFEST first line)
- refresh the page
- update fails with error, as expected
- close the application
=> crash due to double delete when releasing nsDOMOfflineResourceList, it's mCacheUpdate member is already deleted
