Details

The goal here is to modify the SOPs to help mentors sceens new applications better. A draft should be sent to reps-mentor for approval before updating the SOPs.

Hi Majda, could you please add a bit more context for this SOP, it's not completely clear what is meant by "unsuitable" applicants. Thank you!

Sorry to catch up a bit late on this one. What we meant here is to give mentors a better way to screen new applicants as sometimes questions available in SOPs are not enough. Is that clearer now?
Much clearer... do you want to create the proposed changes for this one?
This will be a tracking bug I think. Some SOPs will need to be changed, this is also the parent bug for adding a checklist for the interview process.
