I noticed this in phpMyAdmin, a PHP interface for MySQL databases: it has a dynamic menu you can fold & unfold with the little +'s and stuff. In Mozilla though the space between the main menu items is even there when the menu items are not fold out, whereas this space should not be there.
The problem is on their site *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 22517 ***
