When I'm developing a mobile site, I like to keep Responsive Mode open (because it's amazing). I then open and close the inspector to check out a particular element. 

Current Behavior:
- I press Esc to exit the inspector
- Responsive Mode closes
- I get sad
- I press Esc again
- Inspector Closes
- I press Command+Option+M to re-open Responsive Mode.

Desired Behavior:
- I press Esc to exit the inspector
- Inspector Closes
- Later, I press Command+Option+M to close Responsive Mode.

This is fixed in Firefox Nightly and I'll land that patch in Aurora today.
