Description

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0.1
Build ID: 20120614114901

Steps to reproduce:

I opened yahoo mail (mail.yahoo.com) in firefox & logged in to yahoo mail, also checked the option keep me logged in.

Actual results:

after 15-20 minutes a popup appears with message

Sorry, your session has expired. To protect your account, you need to confirm your password periodically. Sign In again

I have to login again.

Expected results:

The login session should continue until I logout.. this happened only after my firefox was updated to 13.0.1

I rolled back to 12.0 & the issue was resolved, the session was continuing for hrs until I log out or close my browser

but it automatically updated to 13.0 & this problem is recurring.

In "Options > Advanced > Network > Connection Settings", did you select "no proxy" or "auto-detect proxy settings for this network"?
Also, try to run Firefox in Safe Mode to check if any add-ons are causing the problem. Firefox -> Help -> Restart with Add-ons disabled
Hello Mayur,

I just found your old bug report, but you never give an answer on comment 1 or 2...
can you please give us an update now?
all my test was OK so maybe this was solved in an update in the last 2 years.

thanks for your help.
