At QuickCharts.com's QuickQuotes page you can created a list of stocks and check their closing data daily. This list should be kept from session to session and was working fine before we updated to Firefox 13.0.1 Now the list disappears after closing Firefox. It is retained on Internet Explorer.
We have Firefox set on two computers (neither of which will retain the list) to allow cookies and third party cookies, using Windows Xp SP 2 or 3, MarketWatch.com (which runs Quick Charts) says they do not support Firefox 13 and a chart they sent me show they support 3.617 and 4.0.
Should we revert to an earlier version of Firefox and if so, which version?
Two friends are having similar problems with Yahoo Finance Portfolio data.
Can you paste here the exact URL of the website, please. Because QuickCharts.com is a domain to sale.
In addition, is it possible for a random user to reproduce the issue on the website?

I tried with this link: http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/quotes/default.asp
I added quote VIX to the fav quotes then I closed Firefox to reopen it after a few min. VIX was still present in the fav quotes table.
Do you have better steps to reproduce?
But I don't really see a bug here. The website BigCharts is clear about quotes:
+ My Favorite Quotes will save quotes that you would like to see when you return to BigCharts. Simply type in symbols and click the "Add" button.
+ Quick Quotes can be used to view multiple symbols at one time. These quotes will not be saved automatically. (If you would like to save one of the quotes, simply click the "Add to Favorites" link next to a quote.)
So you have to add quick quotes to your fav list to save them.

Suddenly, last week, the problem disappeared. A large list of favorite quotes that my husband had been using but could not reach after installing Firefox 13 came up on his screen. I think that QuickCharts fixed it from their end after I sent several messages to their customer support about the problem. In one early reply, they said they did not support Firefox 13 and suggested I go back to an earlier version before v.12!
Thanks for help with this issue.
Okay, thanks for the feedback. I close the bug as WORKSFORME, feel free to reopen it if the issue is back.
