Steps to reproduce:

I installed Nightly on a desktop and a laptop running Windows 7 32bit and there are 2 icons on the task bar when I run nightly, but there is only one icon in my Windows 7 64bit system

There is only one icon pinned to task bar when not running Nightly and if I click on that icon another icon comes up to the task bar which should not happen ( the way it should be is to highlight the pinned icon when the Nightly is running )

Found a way to resolve it.

Close Nightly.
First click on the pinned icon to open Nightly. ( Another pinned icon will come up ).
Right click on the second icon and pin it to task bar.
After that right click on the first icon and unpin it from the task bar.
Close Nightly again.
Now you will have only one icon on the task bar and it works as normal.

I think this is a bug in the installation procedure of Nightly.
